Jeff Stephens

Jeff Stephens

Spring Speaker

Jeff Stephens is speaking at this year’s FIRED UP 2019 Spring Conference. Jeff is an elder at Redeemer Baptist Church in Rincon, Ga.  He is originally from central Texas but went to high school in Colorado.  After 6 years in the navy, he came to the Savannah, Ga area in 1997 where he has made his home ever since.  Jeff is married to Jenny and the father of three children:  Marcena, Wesley & Abigail. He holds an airframes & powerplant license and works at Gulfstream as an avionics technician in the corporate flight department.  He has too many hobbies and pastimes but overall, he really enjoys gardening, working around the house, outdoor activities and amateur radio.

Jeff has been a part of FIRED UP for 4 years.  He longs to see the true Gospel put to work in our young mens’ lives.  They are faced with a culture that assaults biblical manhood on every front and seeks to suppress and shame any vestige of it in their lives.  Jeff asserts that the true Gospel is the only answer for our young men as well as the culture at large.  He believes that a proper view of God in His majesty and a knowledge of His attributes is the root of a truly biblical worldview.  All men (and women) must flee to the cross of Christ on a daily basis.  This is the message Jeff seeks to impart to all participants of Fired Up and to the world at large.

Testimonials

Sent All My Boys

Thank you to all of you for taking such good care of my boys! They had a wonderful time once again. Last night, one of the boys just kept talking about how he wishes he could have stayed for Closing Ceremony or that it would have lasted longer.  This program is so uplifting for all of the boys and it is amazing to have all of these boys and men together sharing Jesus! So thank you to your entire group once again for another memorable weekend for these kids!
